Blue Lightning Burger, a juicy burger topped with a sharp, earthy bleu cheese, and perfectly crispy bacon, is the trifecta of a perfect burger!

Any Pizza. We love pizza! The pillowy soft crust with the right amount of char from our wood oven makes every pizza delicious and cozy. Close your eyes and imagine an incredible cheese pull with your fave toppings in the mists of the Pocono Mountains.

But we get it, there has a to be a balance, right? So, our Winter Harvest Salad is the balance we’re looking for. With field greens, crunchy, slightly tart granny smith apples, cucumbers, sweet, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onions, & feta cheese with balsamic vinaigrette is exactly why it’s our fave salad. 

Sweet Potato Fries. The cousin to a regular fry and sometimes gets overlooked but don’t skip this app. Served with marshmallow sauce to dip it’s the duo team for sweet & salty. 

And of course, no resort located in the mountains is complete with a classic cup of hot cocoa. We love a hot, cozy cocoa to go and watch all the tubing nearby!

Explore the beauty of the Pocono Mountains through nearby hiking trails & waterfalls at Bushkill Falls, horseback riding, and venture out just a bit and visit a wolf preserve!
